前期3个月以顾问形式合作，直接向集团管理层汇报，端到端负责马来西亚路线图，从市场进入、选址，到项目落地与团队搭建。
职责：市场与监管摸底（柔佛/雪兰莪/巴生谷）· 选址与可行性评估（TNB 电力接入、光纤、洪涝风险、总成本）· 政府与电力对接（MIDA / Invest Johor / TNB，申请 Pioneer Status / ITA 激励）· 商务拓展（业主、EPC、锚定客户谈判）· 二期项目执行（拿地交割、前期工程、本地团队）
要求：8 年以上数据中心开发 / 数字基础设施 / 工业地产 / 电信基础设施经验，必须有马来西亚项目经历（柔佛优先）；亲手完成过选址与电力获取全流程；熟悉 MIDA 激励与 TNB 接入流程；英文流利，中文能力强者显著加分；能在精简架构下独立作战。
