Data Centre Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead business development strategies for data centre and digital infrastructure projects.
• Identify and secure new clients, investors, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Manage key client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead commercial negotiations and business proposals.
• Monitor the business development pipeline, market trends, and forecasts.
• Drive strategic growth and support project development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, commercial, or related roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Experience in data centre, digital infrastructure, property, or related industries is an advantage.
• Willing to travel when required.
