What they need
Responsibilities:
- Handle data backup/restoration and conduct daily checks of computing services
- Troubleshoot and remediate system issues
- Implement Production rollouts
- Manage change and configuration for the system (Windows, Linux etc)
- Run system scheduled tasks
- Support ad hoc activities as directed by management
Requirements:
- Graduate with IT or related degree/diploma/higher certificate
- Experience in data centre 7 x 24 operation support
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux or Unix will be an advantage
- Experience with ITIL is a plus
- Immediate available preferred
- With team lead experience will be considered Senior System Engineer (Supervisor) or other positions
