Level: Level 2
Employment: Full-Time (FTE)
Role Overview We are looking for a Level 2 Data Centre Field Engineer to provide on-site technical support at a customer data centre, including backfill coverage.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant IT/Data Centre experience.
- Level 2 technical support skills.
- Fluent in English and the local language.
- Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
- Permanent residency and valid work authorization documentation.
- Successful completion of required background checks.
- Willingness to complete mandatory training before starting on site.
Important Selected candidates must successfully complete the required training before being deployed to the customer site .
