Data Centre Operator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitor and maintain the data center's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, backups, and firmware updates on servers and network devices.
• Troubleshoot issues with server monitoring systems and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new equipment into the data center environment.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in data center operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of data center management best practices and industry standards (e.g. ISO).
• Proficiency in backup management, network management, server management, and network monitoring tools.
