Data Centre | HVAC O&M Engineer

Job Responsibilities 工作职责

1. 负责数据中心暖通空调系统（HVAC）的日常运行、巡视、监控及维护管理。
   Responsible for the daily operation, inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of the data center HVAC systems.
2. 负责冷水机组、冷却塔、冷冻水泵、冷却水泵、CRAH、AHU、FCU及通风设备的运行维护。
   Operate and maintain chillers, cooling towers, chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, CRAH units, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
3. 按照年度、季度及月度维护计划开展预防性维护（PM）工作。
   Perform preventive maintenance (PM) in accordance with annual, quarterly, and monthly maintenance schedules.
4. 负责暖通系统故障诊断、应急抢修及根本原因分析，确保设备安全稳定运行。
   Troubleshoot HVAC system faults, perform emergency repairs, and conduct root cause analysis to ensure safe and reliable operation.
5. 实时监控暖通设备运行参数，及时发现并处理异常情况。
   Monitor HVAC operating parameters in real time and promptly identify and resolve abnormalities.
6. 配合BMS、EPMS及其他监控系统开展设备监控及报警处理。
   Coordinate with BMS, EPMS, and other monitoring systems for equipment monitoring and alarm handling.
7. 负责暖通系统运行数据统计、分析及运行报告编制。
   Collect, analyze, and prepare operational reports for HVAC system performance.
8. 组织实施设备检修、保养、改造及优化工作，提高系统可靠性和运行效率。
   Organize equipment overhauls, servicing, modifications, and optimization to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
9. 配合设备供应商、专业分包及业主完成维修、保养及技术支持工作。
   Coordinate with equipment vendors, subcontractors, and clients on maintenance, servicing, and technical support activities.
10. 参与新设备接管、调试、验收及系统移交工作。
    Participate in equipment takeover, commissioning, acceptance testing, and system handover.
11. 编制及修订暖通系统运行规程、维护规程、SOP、MOP及EOP等运维文件。
    Prepare and update HVAC operating procedures, maintenance procedures, SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
12. 负责暖通备品备件、工器具及耗材管理，确保库存满足运维需求。
    Manage HVAC spare parts, tools, and consumables to ensure sufficient inventory for operation and maintenance activities.
13. 严格执行安全管理制度，包括LOTO、Permit to Work（PTW）等要求。
    Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including LOTO, Permit to Work (PTW), and other safety requirements.
14. 配合开展应急演练、客户审计及第三方检查，持续提升运维管理水平。
    Support emergency drills, customer audits, and third-party inspections to continuously improve O&M performance.
15. 完成项目经理或运维主管交办的其他工作。
    Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or O&M Supervisor.

Job Requirements 任职要求

学历要求 Education

• 大专及以上学历，暖通空调、制冷、建筑环境与能源应用工程、机电工程或相关专业。
  Diploma or above in HVAC, Refrigeration, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

经验要求 Experience

• 具有3年以上暖通空调系统运行维护经验。
  Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC system operation and maintenance.
• 具有数据中心、工业厂房、商业综合体或其他关键基础设施运维经验者优先。
  Experience in data centres, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, or other critical facilities is preferred.
• 熟悉冷水机组、冷却塔、冷冻水系统、CRAH、AHU、FCU等暖通设备的运行维护。
  Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining chillers, cooling towers, chilled water systems, CRAH units, AHUs, and FCUs.
• 具有暖通系统故障诊断、设备检修及应急抢修经验。
  Experience in HVAC troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• 熟悉预防性维护（PM）及设备巡检工作，可独立执行维护计划。
  Experience in preventive maintenance (PM) and equipment inspections with the ability to independently perform maintenance activities.
• 熟悉BMS及暖通自动控制系统。
  Familiar with BMS and HVAC control systems.
• 具有设备调试、验收及系统移交经验者优先。
  Experience in equipment commissioning, acceptance testing, and system handover is an advantage.
• 具备良好的安全意识，熟悉LOTO及Permit to Work（PTW）管理流程。
  Strong safety awareness and familiarity with LOTO and Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.

语言要求 Language Requirements

• 具备良好的英语听说读写能力；能够使用中文进行日常工作沟通者优先，以配合项目沟通及跨国团队协作需求。
  Good command of English, both written and spoken. Ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage to support project communication and collaboration with multinational teams.
