Data Centre Project Manager (Based JB)

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery Management

• Lead the delivery of ICT, Data Center, Network, and Infrastructure projects from planning through final acceptance.
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, risk control, and delivery quality.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customer stakeholders.

1. Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership for Data Center Infrastructure, Server & Storage Systems
• Review technical designs and implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot critical technical issues during project execution.

1. Team Management

• Lead and supervise local and regional engineers during project implementation.
• Manage daily site activities and deployment progress.
• Conduct technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management for project team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

1. Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers during project delivery.
• Manage customer expectations and provide regular project status updates.
• Support pre-sales discussions and technical consultations when required.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

1. Post-Deployment Support

• Support project handover, documentation, knowledge transfer, and customer acceptance.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Years of experience in ICT Infrastructure, Network, or Data Center projects.
• Experience in Data Center deployment, migration, commissioning, or infrastructure implementation is highly preferred.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multi-site deployments is an advantage.
