Data Collection Executive

Manju Groups is looking for a Data Collection Executive to collect, verify and maintain accurate business and property-related information. The candidate will be responsible for gathering data from various sources, updating records and ensuring data accuracy to support business operations and decision-making.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect property-related and business information from various sources.
• Gather data through field visits, phone calls, online research and direct interactions.
• Collect details of properties, landowners, locations and potential business opportunities.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of collected information.
• Update and maintain data in Excel sheets, Google Sheets and company databases.
• Conduct field visits to collect relevant information when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand data requirements.
• Maintain proper records of collected data and supporting documents.
• Identify missing information and follow up to obtain the required details.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality and timely submission of reports.
• Prepare daily and weekly data collection reports for management.
• Follow up with contacts to validate information and update records.
• Support the team in identifying potential leads and new business opportunities.
• Complete assigned data collection targets within the given timelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to collect organize, and maintain information.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
