About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection: accessing the various data sources available in the market to obtain the information required to complete the onboarding of products onto the Allfunds platform.

• Validation and standardization of market data received from external sources, in accordance with the business rules defined by Allfunds.
• Input and maintenance of information within Allfunds systems to support the creation and management of products that will subsequently be made available to clients through the Allfunds platform.
• Data Quality Process: performing data reconciliation exercises between different data providers (such as FundInfo, Morningstar, etc.) and the company's internal database, with the objective of identifying and correcting discrepancies or inconsistencies that could lead to client incidents or operational impacts, thereby ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Support for day-to-day departmental activities and management of data- and product-related incidents.
• Coordination and collaboration with other teams and departments involved in product onboarding, maintenance, and control processes.

About You

• ADE, Economics, or related major
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Eligible to sign a university internship agreement and available to undertake the internship on a full-time basis.
