Data Control Mining

What you'll be doing

• Collecting, verifying, and validating data from various mining operations and equipment on a daily basis
• Maintaining comprehensive databases and data management systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of operational information
• Monitoring and reconciling production data, including tonnage, grade, and quality metrics
• Identifying data discrepancies and investigating root causes to ensure data reliability
• Preparing detailed reports and dashboards for management review and operational analysis
• Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures for data control and documentation
• Collaborating with mining, geology, and operations teams to ensure data consistency across all departments
• Conducting regular audits of data systems to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to data collection equipment and systems
• Training and supporting staff on proper data collection and recording procedures

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or vocational qualification in mining operations, data management, or a related field; further technical qualifications or certifications are advantageous
• Proven experience in data control, data management, or operational reporting within a mining or similar industrial environment
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and record-keeping
• Solid understanding of mining operations, production processes, and quality control principles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in operational data
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in both Indonesian and English is essential
• Ability to work in a demanding operational environment and adapt to shift work as required
• Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to mining industry regulations
