- Assist in ensuring J&T operational KPIs and standards are met
- Prepare reports related to quality control and operational performance
About you
- Experience in operations, quality control, or a related field is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and has good problem-solving skills
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has good communication and data management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is an advantage
