Job Details: We are hiring Document Scanners and Data Conversion Operators to digitize physical records, operate production scanners, and index digital records accurately.

• POSITION: Document Scanner and Data Conversion Operator
• WORK SETUP: On-site / Shifting

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, scan, and digitize paper documents using high-volume production scanners
• Perform image quality checks, page orientation adjustments, and basic index data entry
• Organize, index, and re-file scanned physical documents according to project standards
• Maintain scanning equipment cleanliness and log daily production outputs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Graduate, Senior High, or College level / Vocational graduate
• Basic computer literacy, fast typing skills, and high attention to detail
• Open for fresh graduates; prior data entry or document scanning experience is a plus
• Willing to work in on-site production shifts
