What You ll Be Doing

• Investigate discrepant data and issue queries to sites/sponsors to verify or obtain demographic and visit information
• Enter resolutions and revisions across operational systems
• Process and file source data once workflows are complete
• Maintain departmental metrics and participate in required training programmes
• Report equipment and system issues promptly
• Keep accurate and complete Data Coordination files in line with SOPs
• Archive closed studies upon study lock notification
• Support data reconciliation activities to meet sponsor timelines
• Attend Project Assurance meetings and provide feedback
• Assist in training new temporary employees

What We Look For

• BS or BA degree in life sciences or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of data processing experience
• Proven expertise in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong proficiency in data entry and typing
• Demonstrated ability in organisation, problem solving and communication
• Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
• Based in or able to work from Bangalore (on-site or hybrid)
