Data Coordinator

We’re looking for a Data Coordinator to keep information moving accurately between teams and make sure the records people rely on are up to date.

The role involves a mix of data handling, checking, reporting and follow-up. It would suit someone who is comfortable spending time in Excel, notices when something doesn't look right and can keep track of several requests without losing the details.

What you'll be doing

• Enter, update and maintain information across internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Check incoming data for missing, duplicate or incorrect entries.
• Coordinate with different teams when information needs clarification or correction.
• Prepare routine reports and trackers using Excel.
• Keep records updated as projects, orders or business activities change.
• Compare information between different sources and flag discrepancies.
• Help prepare data for weekly and monthly reporting.
• Maintain clear records of completed updates and pending requests.

What you'll need

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Comfortable with sorting, filtering, Pivot Tables and basic formulas.
• Good typing and data-handling skills.
• Ability to follow established processes while spotting obvious errors.
• Clear communication in English; knowledge of Tamil is useful for local coordination.
• Experience with CRM, ERP or other business software is an advantage.

This role suits someone who

Likes working with information and keeping things in order, but doesn't want a purely repetitive data-entry position. You'll have regular interaction with other teams and will be expected to follow up when the numbers or records don't match.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
