Data Coordinator (CSR)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Coordinator to manage product data, inventory records, reporting, and business information across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, supporting product management initiatives, analyzing operational information, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update product information and records within company systems.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of product, pricing, and inventory data.
• Analyze product, inventory, pricing, and market data to support business decisions.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including product creation, maintenance, updates, and discontinuation.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in identifying replenishment needs, shortages, and excess inventory.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, Pricing, and IT teams to support business objectives.
• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Management, Product Management, Inventory Management, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, or business systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
