We are looking for skilled and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Encoders. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of our growing Collections Department in the Call Center & Customer Service industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately input customer data and transactions into the system
• Maintain detailed and organized records to ensure data integrity
• Assist in the collections process by following up on outstanding payments
• Deliver excellent customer service and support to clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (with diploma or certificate)
• Strong English communication skills
• Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours
• Can start immediately
• No prior work experience required (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)
