We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Encoder to join our team in Cebu. The role involves encoding and updating information, maintaining accurate records, processing documents, and supporting daily administrative and back-office operations. This is a non-voice role focused on data entry and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College level
• No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

Key Responsibilities

• Encode and update data accurately in company systems
• Review information for completeness and accuracy
• Process and organize documents and records
• Maintain and update databases and files
• Perform data verification and quality checks
• Assist with administrative and back-office tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams when needed
• Follow company procedures for data handling and documentation
