• Accurately encode, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
• Verify and review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entry.
• Correct errors and resolve discrepancies in encoded information.
• Organize, file, and maintain both electronic and physical records as needed.
• Generate reports and retrieve information upon request.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client data.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and accuracy targets.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments regarding data-related concerns.
• Perform other administrative and clerical duties assigned by management.

 Qualifications

• At least a High School, Senior High School, or College graduate.
• No experience required; administrative experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Willing to work onsite.
