Qualifications:
At least HS Graduate/ Senior High School Grad(with diploma/Certificate).
Must have good English communication skills.
Can START ASAP.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Handle customer complaints, inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
