About the role
Executes day-to-day OCR processing and data preparation, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of structured data.
Key responsibilities
- Run OCR pipelines: Uploads, batch processing, monitoring
- Validate extracted data: Receipts (items, totals, dates) and prescriptions (drug name, dosage, quantity)
- Perform data mapping: SKU → brand → business unit; Rx normalization
- Clean and prepare datasets for ingestion
- Track and report: errors, exceptions, and processing delays
- Support incident handling: Failed jobs, missing outputs
- Work closely with QA to resolve flagged issues
About you
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in data processing, data entry, or encoding
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level: PivotTables, basic/lookup formulas)
- Detail-oriented with strong data validation and accuracy checks
- Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively report errors, escalate exceptions, and collaborate with internal teams
- Familiarity with basic OCR tools is an advantage
