Data Encoder – Congbalay, Kawit, Cavite

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately encode and input data into company databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Organize, maintain, and update records and documents.
• Prepare reports and other data-related documents as needed.
• Assist in retrieving and organizing data and files.
• Perform data checking and correction of encoding errors.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Perform other administrative and data-entry tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate; college level/graduate is an advantage.
• With good computer and data-entry skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to render overtime (OT) when needed.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to work in Congbalay, Kawit, Cavite.
