Data Encoder

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Data Encoder to support our property management and administrative operations by maintaining accurate and updated company records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode and update tenant, property, contract, and payment information in company records.
• Maintain accurate and organized databases, spreadsheets, and digital files.
• Verify data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Update tenancy contracts, payment schedules, and property records as required.
• Prepare basic reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel.
• Organize and maintain confidential company and client information.
• Assist the Accounts and Administration teams with documentation and data-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in data entry, encoding, or administrative work preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Real estate or property management experience is an advantage.
