Data Encoder

• Encodes front list and backlist titles/items as needed and assigned by the Head Buyers
• Assist Head Buyers on any changes on suppliers and/or publisher’s list and title/item information
• Assist Head Buyers on tagging the Item Property fields as required and needed
• Coordinate with relevant departments on new titles for encoding and changes on price list and returns

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course
• At least 6 months relevant work experience
• Adept in MS Office application
• Has good verbal and written English communication skills
• Detail oriented with good organizational skill
• Has an average typing speed of 40 words per minute
