- Encode or upload and post all transactions recorded in NAV to Supplier’s system (Matrix)
- Ensure to double check GT sales upload in the SFA and reconciled to actual invoiced (MCR)
- Ensure to follow schedule of daily matrix closing transaction
- Make sure to extract salesman target and loading in the SFA for their early take off the following day
- Encode and review prior to posting any transactions
- Salesman update and customer creation
- Prepare System Comparative Report and reconcile any variances
