Job Summary

Bright Solutions Marketing Services, Inc. is looking for a Data Entry Associate to support project-based data management and administrative requirements. The role will involve encoding, organizing, validating, and maintaining project-related information while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

This is a project-based position suitable for candidates who are highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling repetitive data entry tasks and large volumes of information.

Important: This position requires a reliable personal laptop for work.

Key Responsibilities

• Encode and input data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and company systems
• Review and verify information before encoding to minimize errors
• Organize, update, and maintain project-related records and databases
• Consolidate data from different sources and ensure completeness
• Check and correct discrepancies or missing information
• Prepare and update Excel trackers and monitoring files
• Assist in generating basic reports and data summaries
• Maintain proper organization and filing of digital records
• Coordinate with the assigned team regarding missing or incomplete information
• Complete assigned data entry requirements within project deadlines
• Perform other administrative and data-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in data entry, encoding, administrative support, or similar roles is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized and able to handle repetitive tasks
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Must own a reliable personal laptop
• Willing to work on a project-based arrangement

Compensation

Rate: ₱755/day
