Data Engineer (6-Month Contract)

We are looking for a Data Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our client's team on a 6-month contractual basis. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize robust ETL pipelines and data flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, construct, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows.
• Write efficient Python scripts and complex SQL queries for data processing, transformations, and analysis.
• Collaborate with data teams to optimize database performance and streamline pipeline reliability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain existing data pipelines to ensure high data availability and accuracy.

Qualifications

Must-Have (Non-Negotiable):

• 2–3 years of hands-on Data Engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, query optimization).
• Solid experience designing and managing end-to-end ETL/Data Flows.

Nice-to-Have:

• Hands-on experience with Apache NiFi for data orchestration and streaming/ingestion.
