As our Data Engineer, you would have the following responsibilities:

• You will design, build and maintain cloud-native platform services supporting AI models and data solutions;
• You will help manage and further develop a multi-user Jupyter environment and cloud-based development platforms;
• You will build and maintain frameworks for training, storing, serving and monitoring machine learning models;
• You will automate data processing and model lifecycle workflows using modern MLOps practices;
• You will manage cloud infrastructure and platform services running on AWS;
• You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects and stakeholders across multiple countries within KBC Group;
• You will ensure platform reliability, scalability, security and cost-efficiency;
• You will contribute to the continuous evolution of our cloud and MLOps ecosystem.

Key competences that will help you succeed:

• Working experience with the following technologies: Python, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins or GitHub Actions), Spark and Airflow;
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure and platform engineering;
• Understanding of DevOps, Data Engineering and MLOps concepts;
• Ability to automate, monitor and optimize cloud-based solutions.
