The Role

We’re looking for a strong Data Engineer / Analytics Data Architect to jump into a fast-moving environment and help bring structure to a complex, multi-source data ecosystem .

This isn’t a “greenfield build” or a slow-moving enterprise role.

This is about quickly understanding what exists, connecting the dots, and making the data usable for both analytics and emerging AI workflows.

The Opportunity

You’ll work directly with a small, senior team to:

• Make sense of fragmented data across systems (data warehouse, BI tools, operational platforms)
• Map business questions and dashboards back to underlying data logic
• Design a lightweight semantic layer to standardize metrics and improve consistency
• Enable data to be used not just for dashboards—but for AI-driven workflows and querying
• Identify data quality issues and recommend practical, non-overengineered improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and SQL
• Background in analytics engineering / data modeling
• Comfortable working in messy, ambiguous data environments
• Ability to trace logic across views, stored procedures, and multiple systems
• Experience with BI tools (especially Power BI or similar)
• Someone who can bridge the gap between raw data → business metrics → usable insights
