Data Engineer & Architect Officer

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• Have a basic to intermediate understanding of SQL, including JOIN, aggregation, subquery, and data manipulation.
• Basic proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
• Understand fundamental ETL/ELT concepts and data pipeline processes.
• Familiar with data engineering tools such as Airflow and/or dbt.
• Familiar with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery.
• Understanding of database concepts and data warehouse architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to support business and analytical needs.
• Collect, transform, and prepare data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and files.
• Support data integration and processing into data warehouse platforms such as BigQuery and PostgreSQL.
• Perform data validation and ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Optimize SQL queries and database structures to improve data processing performance.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand data requirements and support data-related projects.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of data architecture, pipelines, and data engineering practices.
