Data Engineer / Ingeniero de Datos | Azure | Remote

100% Remote | Full-Time | Advanced English (C1)

We are hiring a Data Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Azure to work on cloud data integration, automation, analytics, and AI-related projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Python, Pandas, PySpark, SQL, and T-SQL.
• Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
• Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Lake.
• ETL/ELT pipeline development.
• API integration and data processing.
• Power BI, GitHub, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Advanced English (C1) Mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Event Grid.
• Azure Document Intelligence and Azure Purview.
• Azure OpenAI and AI/ML technologies.
• AWS, GCP, Scala, or SSIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and APIs.
• Support Lakehouse architectures and cloud data platforms.
• Monitor workflows and troubleshoot data processing issues.
• Ensure data quality, availability, and reliability.
• Support Power BI reporting and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams.
