DATA ENGINEER

Location: Makati
Set-up: project Based, Onsite

Qualifications

Must-Haves (Core Requirements)1. ETL / Data Pipeline Experience

• Strong hands-on experience building ETL pipelines/workflows
• Includes:
• Data ingestion
• Data transformation
• End-to-end data processing
• This is the primary screening criterion

2. Databricks Experience

• Practical working experience with Databricks
• Preferred as a core platform skill
• Involved in building and managing pipelines

3. Python Programming

• Solid experience in Python
• Used for:
• Data engineering workflows
• Pipeline development
• Can compensate partially if Databricks experience is lacking (but still needs strong proficiency)

4. SQL (Any Type)

• Proficiency in SQL (any variant):
• MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Required, but:
• SQL alone is not sufficient — must be combined with other skills

5. Actual Data Engineering Experience (Not Just Support/Operations)

• Must have hands-on development experience
• Candidates are rejected if they only have:
• Data operations
• Pure data analyst work
• Implementation/build experience is critical

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
