Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Get requirement from users and Design data model, reports based on requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to process structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Implement scalable data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes using SQL and Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, or similar tools.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all systems by implementing validation rules, logging, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for efficient data processing and reporting.
• Monitor ETL job performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of data pipelines and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Informatica, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Blob Storage, and Data Lake.
• Knowledge of Python or PySpark for data transformation is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus.
