We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong Python expertise to design, build, and maintain data solutions that enable business intelligence and analytics.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across data pipelines, transformation workflows, and cloud-based platforms to deliver scalable and dependable data products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines that ingest, transform, and store data from multiple sources, including APIs, SFTP, and databases
• Build and manage ETL/ELT workflows for batch processing and analytics use cases
• Process structured and semi-structured data using Python tools such as Pandas and PySpark
• Implement data validation, quality checks, and error handling to ensure reliable and accurate delivery
• Support the design and management of data models, warehouses, and lakehouse solutions
• Partner with Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions
• Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processing efficiency
• Contribute to scalable cloud-based data solutions across platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Python for data processing
• Hands-on experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and/or PySpark
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Understanding of data modeling and database design for both relational and non-relational systems
• Experience with cloud data services, with preference for Azure
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric
• Knowledge of data validation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Experience with Git and collaborative development practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Data Engineering or a related role
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset
