Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Lead Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of GCP BigQuery and will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and ETL processes using GCP BigQuery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Create and deliver interactive dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with real-time data visibility.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices in data governance.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in data analysis techniques and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Business Intelligence and data analytics.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in GCP BigQuery, including SQL proficiency for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Proficient in data modeling and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other GCP services such as Dataflow, Dataproc, and Cloud Storage.
• Experience in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in Business Intelligence.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
