🔎 We are looking for a Data Engineer

Main Tasks

• SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) Universe creation, maintenance, evolution, and optimization.
• SAP BO version upgrades and migration of SAP BO Universes across environments.
• Design and implementation of high-performance data pipelines.
• Configuration and management of SAP BO user groups, roles, access restrictions, and security.
• Automation of end-to-end artifact release and deployment processes across environments.
• Data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Database performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Support for data infrastructure, BI solutions, and other data-related activities.
• Collaboration with the BI team to consolidate and strengthen SAP BusinessObjects knowledge and best practices.

Main Skills & Requirements

• Strong and proven experience with SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) , including Universes, migrations, upgrades, and administration/security.
• Solid knowledge of database management systems , such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata.
• Good programming skills in Python for automation and data-related activities.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools , such as Power BI, Alteryx, or Dataiku.
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix environments .
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and high-performance data pipelines.
• Experience with deployment/release automation across different environments.
• Knowledge of data governance and experience with digital product deployments is a plus.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• English: Expert level.
• French: Practice level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand, explain, and support change.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with good Business/IT relationship management.
• Creativity, innovation, attention to detail, and a rigorous approach to work.

• This role offers a gross annual salary between 24.500€ to 60.500€ , defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
