Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team in Plano, TX, or San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data engineering, ETL development, SQL, dbt, Snowflake, and Informatica, along with hands-on experience using Control-M, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

The candidate should be a U.S. citizen and currently located in Texas. Candidates must be local to Texas and available to work at the specified location.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Build and maintain data transformation workflows using dbt.
• Develop and manage data warehouse solutions using Snowflake.
• Work with Informatica for data integration and ETL development.
• Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs and workflows using Control-M.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data engineering deployments.
• Use Docker for containerization and deployment support.
• Work with AWS or Azure cloud services to build and support data engineering solutions.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline failures, and optimize data processing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable data solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with dbt (Data Build Tool).
• Proficiency in SQL and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes.
• Strong experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with Informatica.
• Working knowledge of Control-M for job scheduling and monitoring.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be currently local to Texas.
• Must be able to work in Plano, TX, or San Antonio, TX.
• Must have hands-on experience with the required data engineering technologies.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
