Role Description

This is a temporary, on-site role for a Data Engineer located in South Jakarta. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, building and managing data integration workflows, and optimizing data systems for scalability. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective collection, transformation, and delivery of data to meet business requirements. Additionally, the Data Engineer will work to identify and implement improvements for data quality and management processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of database technologies, SQL, and data warehousing.
• Proven experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration tools.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or related frameworks, is a plus.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and workflow optimization.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous.
