For this role: We are looking for a curious and creative person with a passion for diving into data, to join our ranks as a Data Engineer. You will be working alongside a team of other accomplished developers, delivering complex data-driven projects across a variety of products to bring value together to our partner who has a 40% market share of retail travel worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to understand dependencies, business context, and actively participate in feature engineering
• Automate manual workflows
• Improve and optimize existing ETLs and monitoring systems
• Handle data integration tasks, including data ingestion and transfers
• Perform data modeling with a focus on reporting and visualization needs

What Are We Looking For

• Mandatory: Proficiency with Databricks, SQL Server product family (SSMS, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and Microsoft Azure cloud resources (ADF, LogicApps, CI/CD)
• Optional (but willing to learn): Experience with Datalake, DAX, and PowerBI
