What they need
Data Engineer / Data & AI Specialist
We are looking for experienced Data and AI professionals to support modern data engineering, cloud data platforms, data modeling, and AI/ML initiatives.
Candidates may be considered for one of the following areas based on their experience:
1. Data Engineer – Snowflake
- 2+ years of IT experience with at least 1 year of Snowflake experience
- Strong SQL and Snowflake data warehousing experience
- Experience in data warehouse design, integration, and query optimization
- Knowledge of Azure Data Services and cloud platforms
2. Data Engineer – Databricks
- 2+ years of IT experience with at least 1 year of Databricks experience
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Databricks for batch and/or streaming
- Strong Python, Scala, or Java and SQL skills
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
3. Data Modeler
- 3+ years of data modeling experience
- Experience in Dimensional Modeling and/or 3NF
- Experience with cloud database design and modern data platforms
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse and Data Transformation
- Experience with Erwin, ER Studio, or equivalent
- Knowledge of data architecture principles
4. Data Engineer – BigQuery
- Strong experience in Google BigQuery and cloud data engineering
- Experience developing scalable data pipelines
- Strong SQL and data transformation skills
- Experience with data integration and data warehousing
- Knowledge of GCP data services
5. AI/ML Architect
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML Architecture
- Expertise in AI/ML solution design and deployment
- Experience with Generative AI and cloud AI services
- Knowledge of deep learning and neural networks
- Experience designing scalable AI solutions for cloud/on-premises environments
General Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
