Data Engineer (Industrial)

Job Summary

The Data Engineer (Industrial) is responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and maintaining industrial and operational data to support process improvement, production efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. The role involves developing data pipelines, managing databases, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and process data from industrial equipment, production systems, and operational databases.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for efficient data collection and processing.
• Analyze industrial and production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data integration systems.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, accuracy, and security.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to support process optimization and operational reporting.
• Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Automate data processing and reporting tasks using appropriate programming and analytics tools.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and recommend solutions to improve system performance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience in data engineering, data analytics, industrial operations, or a related role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and database management systems.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.
• Knowledge of industrial processes, manufacturing systems, or production data is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing operational requirements.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
