About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Palantir Foundry, Databricks, GCP, and Azure to design, build, and optimize large-scale data platforms and pipelines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Media & Advertising domain, with a deep understanding of audience data, campaign analytics, ad-tech ecosystems, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Palantir Foundry and Databricks.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for ingesting, transforming, and integrating large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Develop and manage cloud-native data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and product owners to support reporting and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Implement data quality, governance, security, and monitoring frameworks.
• Optimize data models and processing workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Support data integration across advertising platforms, media measurement tools, CRM systems, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-6+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (Mandatory).
• Extensive experience with Databricks, including Delta Lake, Spark, and workflow orchestration.
• Strong cloud experience on both GCP and Azure.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and data engineering best practices.
• Experience building data lakes, data warehouses, and modern analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, DataOps, and cloud-native deployment practices.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and data governance.

Domain Experience (Mandatory)

• Proven experience in the

Media & Advertising industry.

• Understanding of AdTech and MarTech ecosystems.

• Experience working with:

• Campaign performance data

• Audience segmentation and targeting

• Digital advertising platforms

• Media measurement and attribution

• Customer analytics and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BigQuery, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Lake.
• Knowledge of real-time data processing and streaming technologies.
• Exposure to machine learning data pipelines is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
