- Strong hands-on experience with Python and PySpark for data processing and transformation.
- Excellent SQL skills with experience handling large datasets and complex queries.
- Strong experience working with AWS Data Lake environments using Apache Iceberg format.
- Hands-on experience developing and managing AWS Glue Jobs.
- Strong knowledge of AWS data services including S3, Redshift, Lambda, EMR, Airflow, PostgreSQL, SNS, and EventBridge.
- Expertise in Bash/Shell scripting for automation and data processing.
- Design, build, test, and optimize robust ETL/ELT data pipelines.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, scalability, and performance across data environments.
- Provide technical leadership for complex data engineering projects and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Technology, and other business teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
- Develop data solutions supporting predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Strong understanding of Healthcare Finance systems and related data processes.
- Experience working in Agile environments, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ensure data architecture and engineering solutions align with Healthfirst solution architecture and enterprise standards.
