Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, process, and transform data from various sources (e.g., GA4, CRM, APIs).
• Work with tools like Apache Beam, Dataflow, or Airflow to automate data workflows.
• Help migrate client data (e.g., GA4, website analytics) to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using services like BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow.
• Optimize data storage and query performance in BigQuery.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement data models for analytics and reporting.
• Optimize SQL queries and data structures for performance and scalability.
• Implement data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Set up monitoring and alerting for data pipelines using tools like Cloud Logging and Cloud Monitoring.
• Work with cross-functional teams (analytics, marketing, cloud engineering) to deliver data solutions.
• Document data pipelines, processes, and best practices for internal and client use.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in data engineering, cloud technologies, and analytics.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your technical skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SQL and Python/R (or similar programming languages).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure is a plus.
• Interest in data engineering, ETL processes, and cloud technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BigQuery, Dataflow, or other GCP services.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau.
• Exposure to version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of data governance and security best practices.

Experience required

• Fresher to 1 year
