Data Engineering Lead – Informatica

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering Lead to lead data engineering and integration initiatives, with strong hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter, Kafka, Tableau, and Cloudera .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data engineering and data integration projects.
• Design and develop ETL/ELT solutions using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Lead data pipeline development and optimization.
• Work with Kafka for real-time data streaming and integration.
• Manage and optimize data processing on Cloudera/Hadoop environments.
• Support data visualization and reporting using Tableau / Tableau Cloud.
• Ensure data quality, performance, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot data pipelines and integration issues.
• Mentor and guide Data Engineers and collaborate with technical/business teams.
• Participate in architecture, technical design, code reviews, and delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT and Data Warehousing.
• Experience with Apache Kafka and real-time data pipelines.
• Experience with Cloudera / Hadoop ecosystem.
• Experience with Tableau / Tableau Cloud.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience leading technical teams or data engineering project
