Data Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing scalable data infrastructure and systems to support efficient data processing and analysis
• Developing and managing data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions to convert raw data into actionable insights
• Utilizing platforms such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Airflow, and Azure Data Factory to optimize data workflows and processes
• Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of data engineering projects, confirming timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance in data engineering tasks
• Collaborating with client stakeholders to identify data challenges and propose innovative solutions
• Overseeing the deployment and maintenance of data warehouses, confirming data integrity and security
• Promoting the adoption of advanced technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in data engineering practices
• Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions, facilitating comprehensive data solutions
• Encouraging team development by fostering an environment of learning and skill enhancement

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
