This program is designed to help you move from understanding data engineering concepts to actually building, testing, automating and explaining modern data pipelines.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

During the final four weeks, participants will undertake a supervised, project-based internship component centred on developing an end-to-end data engineering solution.

Your portfolio project will bring together:

• Batch and streaming data ingestion

• Python, SQL and PySpark transformations

• Databricks and Delta Lake architecture

• Bronze, Silver and Gold data pipelines

• Data quality, testing and reconciliation

• Kafka event processing

• Automated workflows and CI/CD

• GitHub-based project documentation

• Architecture diagrams and a final technical demonstration

The goal? A practical, demonstrable projects that you can discuss confidently during technical interviews.
