Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SQL/PLSQL Developer with strong expertise in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, Performance Tuning, and Test Automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise data solutions in an AWS-based Oracle environment.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development
• Expertise in Data Modelling, Database Design, and Data Architecture
• Hands-on experience in Performance Tuning of SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
• Strong understanding of OLTP and Data Warehousing concepts
• Experience in ETL/ELT development using Informatica
• Strong experience in Test Automation, Quality Engineering, and Data Validation practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Hands-on experience working with Oracle databases on AWS
• Experience with job scheduling and workflow orchestration tools such as Autosys or Apache Airflow
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to cloud-native data platforms and automation frameworks
• Experience with version control tools such as Git
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex SQL and PL/SQL programs, packages, procedures, and functions
• Design and optimize data models for transactional and analytical systems
• Build, enhance, and support ETL/ELT workflows using Informatica
• Perform database performance tuning and query optimization
• Implement automated testing and data quality validation processes
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Support and maintain Oracle workloads hosted on AWS
• Monitor and manage batch jobs using Autosys/Airflow
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
