Your Task

We are hiring an Enterprise Architect who is responsible and accountable for development and optimization of IT architecture on Enterprise level. This role carries out analysis and evaluation of customer and technical requirements, develops implementation concepts and holds accountability for implementation. The Enterprise Architect assumes responsibility and accountability for all interactions of components, systems, and functions from the network to the point of interaction with the customer. In this context, this role designs a comprehensive vision and co-creates strategy taking into account high level business requirements and implications, with a view to sustainability. This role also identifies and evaluates innovations in technology fields and is actively involved with implementation within the Group and in the industry (standardization, open source communities, suppliers, interest groups, patents, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement and support ICT components and applications in order to deliver quality standard product portfolio
• Build and develop concepts, processes and methods for automation, optimization, and standardization to satisfy efficiency and automation requirements
• Provide advice or information at request or at own initiative to all relevant employees or customers regarding technical aspects of products
• Provide project deliverables to fulfil the project scope
• Consult and implement new innovative technologies to satisfy innovation strategy
• Provide overall solutions and principles in planning, developing, and implementing new products to satisfy business requirements
• Design, develop, and implement architecture of services
• Mentor and train co-workers to spread knowledge level and develop their skills
• Act as key technical lead and solve and coordinate activities across related technologies/outside own team
• Provide consulting services to project teams on areas of expertise
• Research and development in assigned technology, determine business requirements, propose changes and develop implementation plans

Your Profile

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with extensive expertise in enterprise architecture, data platforms, and B2B integrations, capable of designing comprehensive solutions across complex multi-system environments with strong strategic thinking and stakeholder communication abilities.

Must Have Skills

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, or solution architecture
• Proven hands-on experience with B2B data platforms and integrations
• Experience working in large, complex, multi-system enterprise environments
• Experience aligning architecture across teams and domains
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, including data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse architectures
• Solid experience designing solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proven experience with integration patterns, including API-first, event-driven, streaming, and EDI approaches
• Solid knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management
• Solid knowledge of analytics, BI, and emerging AI/ML architectures
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar
• Strategic thinking with a systems-level, enterprise mindset
• Ability to clearly communicate complex architecture concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to influence decisions and outcomes without direct authority
• Structured, pragmatic, and outcome-focused mindset

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in B2B domains such as telecom, manufacturing, logistics, finance, or SaaS
• Hands-on background in data engineering or integration development
• Enterprise architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate)

Salary: Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than €3,100 gross.

Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.
