Responsibilities
- Enter invoicing data accurately into the system
- Compile and print purchase orders to facilitate packing and delivery
- Prepare invoices and ensure completeness before delivery
- Organise and maintain paperwork to keep records accessible and up to date
- Perform general administrative duties to support team efficiency and office housekeeping
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned to contribute to the overall team objectives
Job Requirements:
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to work from 8 am to 5 pm, 5.5 days a week
