Data Entry Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to support daily administrative and data management tasks. The role involves accurate data input, record keeping, and assisting with general office operations.

Answer phone calls.

Enter, update, and maintain data in systems and database

Verify accuracy of data and correct any errors

Prepare, sort, and organize documents for data entry

Maintain proper filing (physical and digital records

Generate basic reports when required

Assist with administrative tasks (emails, printing, scanning, etc.)

Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
